The Sun-Sentinel spends all this money to create a jittery web page with humongous over-sized ads, but they STILL don't let us access the Theatre stories directly, they still don't have an RSS feed for Theatre news or reviews, and they only sent a critic out to four shows last month!
So it's a lot less content in a louder, flashier, wrapper that's all shakes and jitters.
And they're using that awful "GetSatisfaction" system that's designed to make any feedback sound like a compliment of the site: I hate this thing!
What if I just want to complain? To me, a problem would be "clicking on a link does not work."
Well, OK, if this is the only tool we have:
I have to admit, I do feel a little better.
