Yeah, it doesn't feel like Summer is anywhere close by, but City Shorts is about to perform, so it can't be far.The Miami Herald reports that City Theatre will be holding a season kick-off fundraiser on Key Biscayne on March 20th. Summer Shorts veterans Stephen Trovillion and Elena Maria Garcia will be performing one-act plays from past festivals.
